MEET OUR COACHES
Shane Winter is head varsity lacrosse coach for Valley Christian High School. He was a defensive 4 year starter and 2 year Captain for the Norte Dame De Namur University Argonauts. Now we plays for the Palo Alto Ducks LC and continues to train athletes in the Bay Area.
Marlo Lile grew up in Strongsville, OH and graduated from the University of Mount Union, where she played NCAA Division 3 lacrosse and majored in Sports business. After college, she moved to San Jose and currently works for the San Jose Sharks in ticket sales.
While at Mount Union, her team won 4 conference championships and made the NCAA tournament every year. Marlo’s favorite lacrosse memory is traveling with her team to Louisville, KY and playing games at the University of Louisville.
In her free time, Marlo enjoys snowboarding, hiking, seeing live music, and exploring new places in California!
Allie Korst grew up in Marin County, California, and graduated from Sir Francis Drake High School in 2019. Allie played 4 years of varsity lacrosse and basketball and was awarded MVP for 2 years in both sports. Allie is now a sophomore on the Santa Clara University women’s lacrosse team and majoring in Economics. She plays midfield with a focus on taking the draw. Allie was awarded Rookie of the Year on her team and is very excited to continue her lacrosse career at SCU.
Originally from Pleasanton, Ca, Allie is a Bay Area native who keeps finding her way back. She started playing lacrosse in eighth grade, became a goalie because she didn't want to wear a skirt, and never looked back. She attended Amador Valley High School, where she was a two-time high school All-American in 2013 and 2014, and captained her team to a North Coast Section championship win in 2014.
Allie continued her lacrosse career into college, where she was the four-year starting goalkeeper at Stanford from 2015-2018. At Stanford, she earned all-conference team and all-academic team recognition 3 of 4 years, IWLCA all-west-region recognition in 2016, and was named the first ever Pac-12 tournament MVP as a senior in 2018.
Coach Kyle guides our girls program to develop and improve coaches to ensure players maximize their potential and experience at all age groups and skill levels. He is currently the head varsity coach at Archbishop Mitty High School.
Coach Wes started his lacrosse career joining the Redhawks as a player in their second season back in 2005. He has been involved with the sport of lacrosse ever since 2005 working for various teams, camps, and companies within the Bay Area including: Bellarmine College Prep, Santa Clara University, Los Gatos HS, San Francisco Dragons (MLL), San Jose Stealth (NLL), Sling-it Lacrosse, Easton Lacrosse, Lorne Smith Lacrosse Camps, Nike Lacrosse Camps, Team NorCal, ADVNC, All-West Lacrosse, and 3D NorCal.
He is currently the Head JV coach and Assistant Varsity coach at Bellarmine College Prep.
Hussna El-Yacoubi "Coach Lola"
Lola played attack for her varsity high school team in Northern Virginia. In 2009 she and her team were State Champions. Lola’s leadership and commitment to physical and mental excellence separated her from the pack early on and led to her successful career in lacrosse and business. She went on to compete in triathlons while she was a student at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Now, she's coaching women's lacrosse and encouraging young women to push themselves to not only be better athletes but also better leaders.
A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Vincent played 4 years as a defenseman for the MCLA club team. After his collegiate career, he coached at the high school and club levels in Orange County. Currently, Vincent has played for the Palo Alto Ducks while pursuing his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Landon Zafiropoulo started playing lacrosse when he was in third grade. He quickly fell in love with the sport and finding ways to improve on his game. He started playing for NorCal Lacrosse than moved to Red Hawks Club Lacrosse and is now a Jr. at Bellarmine playing varsity Attack. Landon is very passionate about lacrosse, he loves help others improve at the game. While off the field Landon enjoys to play basketball and learn about investing. He hopes to see you out on the field!
Patrick first picked up a lacrosse stick in 4th grade and has been in love with the game ever since. He was a leading goal scorer at Loyola Academy in Illinois and throughout his three trips to the state finals, was able to secure one ring. He currently plays for the Santa Clara Mens lacrosse team and is starting his Junior year. Patrick has coached club lacrosse for Team One and Str8 Lax achieving success with a wide range of age groups. He is an offensive and defensive midfielder and has a wide range of expertise.
Lizzy picked up her first lacrosse stick in 2010 and hasn’t set it down since. She played for the West Valley Redhawks for six years before transitioning to the Varsity team at Los Gatos High School her Freshman year. She has played year-round on the Verve High School HSMint team for the last four years as a defender with a laser focus on defending the crease.
Matthew started playing lacrosse 8 years ago. He's played for several different teams in the South Bay Area including Red Hawks, Chauncey Boys, and ADVNC. He's currently in 11th grade and plays on the Bellarmine College Preparatory lacrosse team. He's been an attackman his entire life and is excited to pass along his knowledge to the next generation of lacrosse players. Outside of lacrosse, Matthew enjoys skiing and biking.
Joe began playing lacrosse at 4 years old with his older sister, Elisabeth, practicing with her team for two years before he was allowed to play on the West Valley Redhawks U9 team at 6 years old. He continued to play for the Redhawks until his 8th grade year when he switched clubs to play for the San Jose Vipers. Joe has been on the 2025 ADVNC team for 5 years and is on the ADVNC SF2025AA, SFNDP2025, and SFNorCal 2025 team. He also participated on the 2025 World Series Lacrosse team in 2021 as a midfielder. Joe currently attends Bellarmine College Preparatory.
Reeti Sidhu played lacrosse at UC Davis while majoring in Chemistry. After her college lacrosse career, she went on to coach the San Jose State Women’s Lacrosse team for a year while pursuing her Master's degree at the university.
She also coached at Saratoga High School from 2011 to 2013 and with All West Lacrosse from 2011 to 2015.
Reeti is currently working as a physical chemist and loves to stay involved with all things lacrosse. When she isn’t working or studying, Reeti enjoys traveling and hiking with her dog.
